Sienna Inn Channelview, Tx

The room was clean and well-appointed.

My experience was marred by rude staff interactions . I felt uncomfortable when my car tags were stolen from the parking lot, and the lack of support from the hotel staff was disheartening. Being threatened with the law by an employee was unacceptable and overshadowed any positives I might have found.

That hotel was in a favourable location, in the middle of jackson. Also, Port of Houston was 2 miles away.

As for me, the area was not so great.

The room is reasonably large and the bed is comfortable. It includes climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven. It has comfy location in Channelview next to shopping center and restaurants, grocery stores. Besides, Port of Houston is 10 minutes' drive away.

A Mixed Bag with Caring Staff

The night and morning staff were genuinely friendly. The room, however, had some uninvited guests-roaches! Highway noise crept in at night. A tip , keep an eye on your vehicle while in the parking lot for peace of mind.

The location was favourable in the middle of jackson.

The good front desk lady. Super clean room with excellent AC that easily cooled down the space to a chilly 65 °F when I returned!

Consider requesting a room away from the highway to minimize noise during your stay.

The room was filthy and the sheets looked dirty. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but the rude staff would not let me check out late without charging me extra. If they had just upgraded me or offered some courtesy, this review woudl ve been different. Not impressed, not coming back, and totally underwhelmed.

The wonderful lady at the front desk, and the room was impressively clean with super clean bedsheets. I loved relaxing by the pool and chilling in the game room . The bathroom could use a little updating, but it was still clean and workable 😊

The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warmth. The room was super clean, and I was particularly impressed by the crisp and clean bedsheets. The air conditioning functioned excellently. I enjoyed the city view from my window.

The bathroom felt somewhat dated and could benefit from an upgrade.

The air conditioning was very efficient and kept the room comfortable. There were roaches in the room.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend in Channelview with great for the money. I enjoyed the game room , a nice surprise. Keep your valuables close while parked.

The front desk staff was cute. The room was clean, especially the bed linens, fresh and inviting. Unfortunately, the bathroom had some maintenance issues, including low water pressure and an outdated design, and I found highway noise quite disruptive at night. The overall experience had its charm, but some improvements are certainly needed to enhance comfort.
